GlobalTel USA 800 Access is available for all CallMeBack customers in the United States and Canada. Cardholders dial 1+800-430-1944, enter the ACCOUNT NUMBER on the back of the card and dial direct to any country.
Sales and Distribution is through Active GlobalTel Agents. Authorized Globaltel Agents purchase the Callmeback.net cards and distribute them. The cards are not activated for use when received by the Agent. Instructions for activation via Internet are on the back of each card. The Agent or the Customer may activate the card.Customers or distributors with Internet Access may desire to purchase inactivated cards so that they can activate the cards. Customers without Internet access will need the agent to activate the card for customer use.
Real Time Billing Status. Customers can see the available balance on the card each time use it by going to the website. They will also hear the account balance on every call. When a customer activates their account, the remaining card account balance will appear on the next page. Real Time Call Detail History is available at VIEW BILL. Enter the CONTROL, ACCOUNT and PIN numbers; click on CHANGE INFO/VIEW BILLING. In the next page, click on VIEW BILL.
Card Activation by the Agent. To ensure continuity, distributors and agents should assist retailers and customers (as needed) to program and activate customer callback numbers.
